Jahmiel – Should I
Jahmiel – Should I MP3 Audio Download
After remembering the past on Times to Remember, Jahmiel turned to the present dilemma. Should I is track eight on the 2019 Great Man album released under Camp Entertainment. It’s Jahmiel’s honest moment of uncertainty in love.
The song puts us right in his head. Jahmiel is torn between moving on and holding on. The lyrics ask the question we all ask — “Should I stay, should I go?” He talks about trust issues, mixed signals, and loving someone who might not be right for him. But there’s no anger. Just vulnerability. Jahmiel doesn’t pretend to have all the answers. He’s just being real about the struggle of making the right choice. It’s a rare look at doubt from an artist who spent most of Great Man teaching strength and gratitude.
The production is mellow lovers rock with soft guitar, light drums, and a pensive bassline. The riddim feels like late-night thoughts — slow, heavy, and reflective. Jahmiel’s voice is gentle but conflicted. He sings the hook like he’s talking to himself in the mirror. Should I works because it’s human. After celebrating love on Treasure and Don’t Wanna Lose You, this one shows the hard part. Critics pointed it out as Great Man’s most emotional solo cut because Jahmiel let the guard down.
Fans made Should I their breakup and “situationship” anthem fast. It started showing up in captions about confusion, late-night texts, and walking away for your peace. Short runtime, heavy decision. People related because Jahmiel didn’t give them the answer. He gave them the question, and space to find their own answer.
Should I adds balance to Great Man. Jahmiel shows that great men don’t always know what to do. Sometimes they pause, reflect, and choose wisely. Reggae as self-awareness. From memories to “should I,” Jahmiel proves greatness includes knowing when to question yourself before you make a move.
