Medikal – El Chairmano Ft. Shatta Wale
Medikal – El Chairmano Ft. Shatta Wale
Medikal claims the seat with El Chairmano and the title is the position. Track 4 off Amazing Grace – EP. 2021. Medikal links with Shatta Wale for a record built on power.
El Chairmano is Medikal in boss mode. The title is the office. No applications needed. This is Medikal turning status into sound. The track holds one energy throughout: authority. The writing leans on leadership, on streets that vote with respect, on being the name the room mentions first. The delivery is heavy with command. Shatta Wale enters with dancehall weight. The chemistry is presidential. Two leaders, one cabinet. The production carries militant drums with anthem swagger. Horns declare. Basslines govern. It sounds like motorcades, like boardroom decisions, like the moment you realize who runs things. This is not debate. It’s decree.
The record positions itself as the inauguration. Medikal isn’t campaigning. He’s already sworn in. The verses focus on influence, on loyalty that isn’t bought, on enemies that recognize rank. No third voice needed, no committee required. Just Medikal and Shatta Wale turning a beat into a takeover. The placement as Track 4 matters. After the lecture comes the coronation.
If you want Ghanaian music with force, rank, and Medikal making the EP sound like executive power, El Chairmano delivers. It’s built for victory laps, for entrance music, for when you need the room to adjust.
In 2021, Medikal used El Chairmano to appoint himself. The track works because every project needs a record that feels like inauguration day. The title is the chair. Medikal and Shatta Wale provide the presence. One track, one feature, one conclusion: the seat is taken.
